1. Introduction
NERDSEY ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.nerdsey.com and use our services.

2.3 Lead Forms and Browser Drafts
When you complete a form (free audit, quote request, consultation booking, contact) we store the submission in our CRM (ERPNext hosted at osforbiz.cloud) and route a notification to our team. Multi step forms such as the free audit and quote request also save an in progress draft in your browser localStorage (keys nerdsey_audit_draft and nerdsey_quote_draft) so you do not lose progress if the page reloads. Drafts stay on your device and are not transmitted to us until you submit.
2.4 WhatsApp Communications
When you click a WhatsApp CTA on our site you are deep linked to WhatsApp with a pre filled message. The conversation that follows is handled through WhatsApp Business and, where enabled, mirrored into our internal inbox (Chatwoot). Your WhatsApp number, the content of your messages, and any media you send are processed so we can respond and follow up. We do not share WhatsApp conversations with advertisers and do not use them to train AI models outside our support workflow.
