The Challenge

A designer custom dress studio launching from scratch. No brand name, no logo, no online presence, no customer base. Competing against established fashion houses during the most competitive season in Indian fashion: wedding season. The designer had talent. Nothing else.

Built everything from scratch: name, logo, colour scheme, tone of voice, studio branding, packaging design, social media templates, print media.

Instagram styled shoots, YouTube design process videos, WhatsApp collaboration campaigns for direct customer engagement.

Influencer Marketing

Studio partnerships driving bookings

Brought influencers to the studio for barter and paid partnerships. Built affiliate marketing program with fashion and lifestyle creators.

Implementation

Complete Brand Identity

Built everything from scratch: name, logo, colour scheme, tone of voice, brand voice guidelines, colour map. Studio branding, packaging design, social media templates, print media, brand cards. Before this project, the brand literally did not exist. Not even the name.

Social Media & Content

Instagram: styled shoots, behind-the-scenes content, client transformation posts, seasonal campaigns. YouTube: design process videos, dress reveals, styling tutorials. WhatsApp: collaboration campaigns for direct customer engagement and bookings.

Influencer Marketing

Brought influencers directly to the studio for barter collaborations and paid partnerships. Built an affiliate marketing program with fashion and lifestyle creators. Ran paid social advertising across Meta platforms timed to peak wedding seasons.

Community Building

Organic outreach and community building in the ladies custom party dress segment. Positioned Rose Dressing Room not as "another boutique" but as the creative destination for custom occasion wear.

This project was led entirely by Ritu Sharma, now NERDSEY's Creative Head. From concept to execution, she built this brand's visual identity, managed every influencer relationship, and drove customer acquisition single-handedly.
